SMART EMS

SMART EMS is a fully customizable EMS Run Report tracking and reporting software that tracks EMS runs. This software has the ability to report the data to the state and is approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS). You input the run reports and when you're ready to report to the state, the program checks each record for completeness and exports the data to an ASCII file you may upload using the state website utility. This is a quick method of reporting your data in one easy step, instead of entering the data, one run at a time, using the state website forms. Available for Access 2000.

This software is available in three versions. There is a Client-Server version for physician oversight to report all data to the state that has been reported to the server by each client provider. This version adds the ability to QA ambulance run reports. There is a Stand-Alone version that an ambulance provider may enter run reports and submit the data directly to the state without sending the data to a physician oversight. And there is a Lite version that only accepts mandatory reporting data for state reporting.

Bond Database

Designed to Keep Track of Current Bonds for Specific Contractors, Projects. This will produce report by Contractor, Project, Producer or Surety Codes. The reports will calculate the commission of the Agency, as well as, each Producer by Contractor or Summary of all. Some additional reports are: Contracts in Progress, the Premium Report by Contractor, Financials, and a Snapshot by Contractor.

Cattle Records Database

Designed to keep track of Livestock. This program keeps track of the birth weight - sold weight - Mother - father etc.. The program will also keep track of vaccinations and medical information, injuries, and disease. You have the ability to generate reports on all of the above.

Inventory Pricing Database

This program is designed to evaluate and recalculate the pricing of a company's inventory. The Company can look at only the top 500 or all Product Pricing. Review the Costing and then post it to the Inventory. The company has the option to post a specific item or all items. The program will keep track of the date the price was changed and implemented. There are two versions of the reports - One with full costing for the company's evaluation and a New Pricing list to be sent to the customers.

Lease Management Database

This Database is designed to keep track of Well information by Prospect, lease and well number. The database keeps track of Well Equipment, Well Servicing and Well Testing. There are many reports to reflect summaries of all of the above.

Livestock Database (FFA Tracking and Billing)

This program is designed to be used by FFA chapter to maintain their sale records. The program will keep track of the students animal - what it weighed in at - what it sold at - and the buyers associated with the animal. On-Line Electronic Ordering System

Designed to be used to place orders - via fax, modem or the internet. A customer selects the items they want to purchase - Presses the Export Process - the order is then sent via the appropriate method and then the program is closed. The company receives the order - processes it and Sends verification to the customer that the order has been received. Upon shipping another notice is sent to the customer that the order has processed with an estimated delivery date. If the order is held for any reason - a notice is sent regarding same.

Proposals Database

Designed to produce Proposals, Quotes and generate Invoices. The User has the ability to pull from a list of inventory items and generate a Proposal - turn the proposal into a Quote and then into an Invoice upon approval. There are various reports that can be generated by customer, Product, Salesman etc.

Rotary Club Membership Database & Flag Program

Designed to keep track of the members - memberships and status of dues. This program has the ability to send letters - create mailing labels - create invoices and various other reports. While also keeping track of flag subscribers for local Rotary Clubs.

Title Company Database

This program is designed to Keep track of all legal transactions between Grantor and Grantee for any given time frame. Used by Title Companies to insure Title Policies. It has a password feature to enable security. You have the option to Edit Existing Records, Display a Record or Add Records. The data can then be displayed and printed in various different ways.

Workorder Database

This database is designed to create a work order and track its progress. The work order is generated - as it is received into a location it is date and time stamped - and upon completion an invoice is generated and a delivery ticket is also printed out. Depending on your Accounting and General Ledger software - this invoice can be posted directly to your general ledger. There are various reports for the workorder database - including: Workorders by customer, by salesman, by location etc.

UPS Shipping Module

Designed to export shipping information, weight, etc. to the UPS WorldShip System. UPS then generates a shipping label and posts tracking number, freight and other pertinent information back to the Business! program which updates the invoice with freight, tracking, etc. This is a multi-user module.

EDI Module

Electronically sends POs and receives packing list. Updates PO with quantity received, price, etc. and updates inventory and GL entries. Then provides a menu to automatically create a bill for the PO.

Consignment Module

This module provides for consignment of inventory. A supplier delivers inventory to the store. An account is set up. Percentage of price is entered. Labels are generated for the inventory item. When the item is sold it generates a lineitem on a bill for payment to the supplier for the amount due. When the company pays the supplier they call up the bill and pay through Purchases. There are reports showing items sold etc.
